The Habit Loop is committed to customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our digital services, our policies on cancellations and refunds are as follows.
Refund Policy
All purchases for our premium digital courses ("Advanced" and "Pro" levels) are final and non-refundable.
- Once a user completes the payment and gains access to the premium course content, we cannot issue a refund.
- Our service is a digital product that is delivered instantly upon purchase, making it ineligible for refunds.
- We strongly encourage users to experience our free "Beginner" and "Intermediate" courses to evaluate our service before purchasing a premium plan. This allows you to make an informed decision.
Cancellation Policy
- Our premium courses are sold as a **one-time purchase** for lifetime access. There are no recurring monthly or annual subscriptions to cancel.
- If you wish to stop receiving the daily WhatsApp messages, you can do so at any time by using the "Pause Course" or "Delete Account" features available in your user dashboard. Pausing the course does not entitle the user to a refund.
